Your CAD files

STEP and IGES files are opened and converted inside your browser. They are not sent to us or to anyone else. You can verify this in your browser's network panel: after the page has loaded, converting a file makes no network request that contains it.

What we do process

• Server logs of our hosting provider Netlify, Inc. (IP address, time, requested page) for security and operation, kept for a short period. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Payments: if you buy Pro or a single model, Mollie B.V. (Amsterdam) processes your payment details as an independent controller. We receive the payment reference, amount and status. We keep payment records for 10 years as required by Czech accounting and VAT law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Hosted models (Pro, optional): the converted GLB/USDZ files you choose to host are stored with Netlify until you ask us to delete them.
• Local storage in your browser: your daily free-plan counter and your licence token. They stay on your device; we do not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

Transfers

Netlify may process data outside the EU under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses / EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz). Write to info@gpnovum.cz.
